My experience with Rick(The Climate Doc)was absolutely the best decision i made calling Rick to have my dryer repaired,not long after the fridge went,he came and got it going,as he was leaving i seen he did furnace and hot water tank replacements so i asked if he would give me a quote,he did and i decided to have him install my furnace and hot water tank and i added an air conditioning unit.With Rick`s work ethic and particular attitude i was very impressed. I probably slowed him down considerably by explaining how everything worked and did excellent work mostly by himself,i am no help in lifting anything heavy which he had no problem.I consider Rick a friend now and would recommend him to anyone i know,in fact i did recommend him to a friend near my house.Thank you Rick i do appreciate it.PS,Rick i wish i had of had you to repair my fireplace.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with climate Doc (Rick). After 20 years in this area dealing with many different contractors and tradesmen, many of dubious integrity, it was such a refreshing change ! I am EXTREMELY impressed with his knowledge, skill and craftsmanship in changing out a wood/electric furnace to propane. He not only moved this huge furnace out (by himself!) but installed a state of the art high efficiency propane furnace with zero impact to my home or my daily routine. The work site was always left neat and tidy and his pleasant disposition made it a pleasure to have him in my home. He managed to make it look like this furnace has been here all along, putting so much thought and effort into hiding everything in an exposed ceiling ! To say I’m picky is a major understatement and this job was perfection, Rick obviously taking pride in a job well done.I highly recommend Rick for anyone looking for a great, honest and reliable contractor which is incredibly hard to find these days !

Rick squeezed us in during a recent heat wave when everyone needed their AC looked after ASAP. Inspected our HVAC and gave me a crash course (yes for dummies) on the operation of both systems. Helped set up thermostat for more efficient operation. Very knowledgeable and conscientious. Rick was polite and courteous and we will most definitely be recommending him to others and will call him for any future work needed.

Amazing service. Rick was awesome. We needed a new air conditioner. He tried to make the old one work for us to get us through the summer, but it didn't last. He ordered a new one for us and installed it as soon as it arrived. He was professional, kind, considerate, and has a remarkable worth ethic. I would highly recommend The Climate Doc. Great service from Climate Doc. Rick installed our new electric and gas appliances and we were very impressed with his professionalism and efficient, quality workmanship. He definitely knows his stuff and had great advice when asked about options for upgrading our HVAC and in-floor heating. We had a new furnace installed last year. Excellent work ethic, honest, decades of experience & great customer service skills.Recently - we had central air installed, a new water softening system installed, and a dishwasher repair. The working knowledge and expertise in all areas is well rounded and professional. All work completed in an efficient & timely manner.
